Jump Your Car! provides roadside assistance and battery boosting (jump-start) services to vehicles with discharged batteries. Our goal is to safely restore power so that the customer may start and operate their vehicle.
Our technicians will perform a standard battery boost using proper safety equipment and procedures.
We do not guarantee that the vehicle will start or continue to operate after the boost.
Some vehicles may require battery replacement or mechanical repair beyond our service scope.
Services may be unavailable in certain weather conditions or unsafe environments.
Jump Your Car! and its employees are not responsible for any damages arising from or related to:
Electrical system failures, alternator or starter issues, or other vehicle malfunctions.
Damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions or improper vehicle maintenance.
Loss of data, vehicle settings, or electronics caused during or after service.
All services are performed at the customer’s own risk.
Payment is due before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment include [cash, e-transfer, etc.].
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Service fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site.
If a customer cancels after the technician is dispatched, a call-out fee of $25 will apply.
No-shows or incorrect address information may also result in a service charge.
The customer must ensure the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location (not blocking traffic or in hazardous areas).
The customer must provide accurate information about the vehicle type, battery location, and issue description.
The customer agrees to follow technician instructions during service for safety reasons.
For safety reasons, customers must remain a safe distance from the service area unless instructed otherwise.
Jump Your Car! reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the customer behaves aggressively or unlawfully.
In no event shall Jump Your Car! be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use, time, or profit, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer information collected during service is used solely for business and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
By requesting and accepting a battery boosting service from Jump Your Car, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
